Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Client Account Manager to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to develop the business and increase sales in the safety and PPE fields by targeting the private sector to secure business deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Targeting customers in private sector who may be interested in our products.
  • Execute the sales plan and discuss it with top management.
  • Preparing and updating the database related to suppliers’ contacts and related resources.
  • Design, prepare, update and continue following the MOUs and agreements between Kayes and national and international firms.
  • Preparing the technical and financial part of tenders with co-operation with the direct manager and other sections of the company.
  • Study and analyse all technical aspects related to the company products.
  • Opening new channels for sales and develop the current ones.
  • Cooperate with other company departments in executing the common and integrated projects.
  • Participate and collect the technical data from national and international exhibition, demos, symposium, conferences and workshops.
  • Responsible for projects Risk assessment and implementing the mitigation.
  • Responsible to meet the Key performance indicators (KPI).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Safety Management.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in business development and sales.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Excellent knowledge in safety and PPE fields.
  • Marketing and sales knowledge and skills.
  • Excellent managerial and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic-planning skills.
  • Excellent computer skills.
